Dua Lipa is an English artist and performer born August 22, 1995, at London United Kingdom. The model signed with Warner Bros Records after a couple of years of work and dropped her self-titled debut album in the year 2017. This album reached number 3 on the U.K. Charts and released 8 singles. These included Be the One I.D.G.A.F, the U.K. No. 1 Single New Rules as well as the U.K. Number. #1 single New Rules. Lipa received the Brit Awards as a British female solo artist as well as British debut act in 2018. The album was certified platinum in the world. Dua Lipa was the daughter of Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa A Rexha Lipa and Dukagjin Dukagjin in London Born on 22 August 1995. She is of Bosnian descent through her mother's grandmother. It is possible to trace her family's roots back to Peja the city of Kosovo. The two grandparents of Lipa were both historians. She has two siblings, Rina Gjin and Gjin. Lipa was musically influenced by her father the lead singer and guitarist of the Kosovan rock group Oda.
